Ingredients

  • 1 cuppoha
  • 1/2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspaanar dana
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspchopped onion
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1lemon
  • leavesCoriander
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 3-4 tbspShev
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle add chopped onion and saute it,

  2. 2

    Now add wsahed poha,turmeric,chilli,sugar,salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.

  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped onion, anar daana,curry leaves and aloo bhujiya

  4. 4

    Poha ready serve to enjoy
