Kadhi Chawal
A very simple, health and yummy meal made in comfort zone.
Steps

Boil rice, add salt and oil and water. Cook till done. Then strain and keep aside.

For Kadhi, mix curd and Besan together. Add water. Heat ghee, season it with jeera, fennel seeds, whole garam masala, hing, kashmiri red chilli. Add the dry masalas. Add the seasoning in Kadhi.

Take rice in a bowl and top it with Kadhi. Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves
