Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonsghee
  2. 100 gmkhada dhaniya
  3. 100 gmpissi chini
  4. 50 gmgrated coconut
  5. 10/12black pepper seeds(powdered)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast khada dhaniya in a Kadai till aroma comes out. Ya till it's colour changes a little. Let it cool down to room temperature.

  2. 2

    Now in a grinder grind dhaniya to make fine powder. In same mixy grind sugar and mix with dhaniya powder. Grind black pepper and mix with the mixer.

  3. 3

    Now in the mixer add ghee (in liquid consistency) and grated coconut. Mix well all the ingredients. Panjiri is mainly made of 5 ingredients.

  4. 4

    Panjiri is ready to serve Lalji and then the Devotees.
