Dry roast khada dhaniya in a Kadai till aroma comes out. Ya till it's colour changes a little. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Now in a grinder grind dhaniya to make fine powder. In same mixy grind sugar and mix with dhaniya powder. Grind black pepper and mix with the mixer.

Now in the mixer add ghee (in liquid consistency) and grated coconut. Mix well all the ingredients. Panjiri is mainly made of 5 ingredients.

Panjiri is ready to serve Lalji and then the Devotees.
