  • 100 mlolive or sunflower oil
  • 50 mlvinegar
  • 50 mlsoy sauce
  • 2 tbshoney
  • 2 tbsMiso (optional)

    In a container grate your apple, onion and garlic.

    Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Serve with salad! I used it for simple green salad for dinner. You can keep it in a refrigerator for 1 Week.
