Cut the cauliflower, carrot, spring onion and coriander together, in small pieces

In a pan, cook the onion & potatoes together until it’s cooked.

Pour the eggs on top and make an omelette. Put some cheese on top and wait until the eggs are cooked.

Put the mix of veggies, the lettuce and the omelette in a wrap (a way to avoid bread) and enjoy! Bon appétit !
