Ingredients

  1. 1 CupRava
  2. 1/3 Cupdesi ghee
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 3 cupwater
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. Pinchfood colour
  7. 2cardamom
  8. as neededdry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Take a wok add ghee then roast the rava.

    Take a pan add water,milk and sugar take a boil add pinch of cardamom and pinch of colour and mix it well.

    Now add the sugar syrup in a rosted the suji and cook till halwa consistent.

    Add dry fruits.

  5. 5

    Now ready to eat
