Ingredients

  • 5-6બેબી એગપ્લાન્ટ / બ્રિંજલ / બિંગન
  • 2-3 tbspતેલ
  • ભરણ
  • 1/2કપ બેસાન / ગ્રામ ફ્લોર / ચણાઓ ફ્લોર
  • 3-4 tbspછૂંદેલા શેકેલા મગફળી
  • 2-3 tbspgrated નારિયેળ
  • 1 tspતલના બીજ
  • 2ટચ કોરિઅન્ડર સીડ્સ પાવડર
  • 1 tspલાલ મરચું પાવડર
  • 1/4 tspહળદર પાવડર
  • 1 tspમીઠું મસાલા
  • 1 tspઅમરૂર પાવડર
  • હિંગ / અસફિઓટીડા ના પંચ
  • 1ટેબલ તેલ
  • મીઠું
  • 1 tspખાંડ (વૈકલ્પિક)

Steps

  1. 1

    વૉશ અને બાઇંગ્સ સાફ કરો. કેન્દ્રમાં બ્રીજજલ્સને એક ક્રોસ માર્ક બનાવવા માટે, જે દરેક બૅંજલને 4 ભાગોમાં વરાળમાં જોડે છે તેને વિભાજિત કરો.

    હવે બે મિનિટ જેટલી ઓછી જ્યોત પર બેસાન ભરો, તેને મિશ્રણ વાટકીમાં દૂર કરો અને તેને ઠંડુ કરો.

    કચરાવાળા મગફળી, લોખંડના નારિયેળ, તલનાં બીજ, ધાન્યનાં બીજાં પાવડર, ગરમ મસાલા, હળદર પાવડર, લાલ મરચું પાવડર, અમંચુર પાવડર, હિંગ, ખાંડ, મીઠું અને તેલ તેમાં ચમચી ઉમેરો

    તમામ ઘટકોને યોગ્ય રીતે મિકસ કરો અને ભરણ માટે મિશ્રણ કરો

  5. 5

    હવે તમારી આંગળીઓ અને થમ્બ્સનો ઉપયોગ કરીને દરેક બિંગનમાં મિશ્રણને ભરો

  6. 6

    કઢાઈ અથવા પાનમાં તેલ ગરમ કરો અને ભરેલા બાઆનને પૅનમાં મૂકો, તેને હલાવો નહીં.

  7. 7

    ઢાંકણને ઢાંકી દો અને રાંધવામાં આવે ત્યાં સુધી મધ્યમ જ્યોત પર રસોઇ કરો, દર 2-3 મિનિટ પછી તેને ઊંધું કરો અને તેને તપાસો.

  8. 8

    ભરવાન બિંગન તૈયાર છે, પાનમાંથી દૂર કરો અને રોટી / ફુલ્કા, પરાઠા અથવા દાળ-ચોખા સાથે તેની સેવા કરો.
