  8. Ek chutki baking soda
  9. For gravy
  10. 4tamater
  11. 2Hari mirch
  12. 1 inchadrak

    Besan me namak oil ajwain haldi Lal mirch dahi baking powder mix karein

  2. 2

    Dhora dhora Pani dal kar atte ki tarah gudhe

  3. 3

    15 minutes rakhe

  4. 4

    Hatho par oil lgakar chotte tukre karein

  5. 5

    4"leanth me 1/2" bias me

  6. 6

    Patile me pani boil karein

  7. 7

    Boiled Pani me 15 minutes tak boil karein

  8. 8

    Gravy ke liye gas par pan rakhe 3 teaspoon oil dale

  9. 9

    1/2 jeera one pinch hing 1/2 teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon dhania 1 teaspoon kasuri meathi dalkar bhune

  10. 10

    Tamater Hari mirch adrak ka paste bnakar dale

  11. 11

    1/2 teaspoon kashmiri lal mirch dale

  12. 12

    Gatte Pani me se nikalkar 1/2" tukro me katt le

  13. 13

    Greavy me 1/2 cup dahi dale

  14. 14

    Dheere dheere mix karein

  15. 15

    Ab isme gatte ka bacha hua Pani Kam Matra me mix karein

  16. 16

    1/2 teaspoon namak 1/4 teaspoon garam masala hara dhania dal kar serve karein
