Wash goat meat thoroughly using lots of warm water and salt.

Cut meat into very small pieces. Add one sliced medium sized onions, add one teaspoon of curry powder, add salt to taste, add one knorr cube, 1/4 litre water and boil until very tender and when water is almost dry.

Slice tomatoes and pepper and one medium sized onions.

Pour one spoonful of vegetable oil in a pan and heat up. Put onions in hot oil and fry for about 30 secs, pour sices tomatoes and pepper and simmer for about 3 minutes. Pour ground crayfish and stir for about 30secs and season with one cube of knorr cube. Turn off the heat.

Cut plantain in small cubes.. Pour vegetable oil in a clean pan and heat up. Fry plantain until slightly golden. Set aside.

Turn boiled meat into the earlier made sauce and stir thoroughly and turn on the heat. Allow to simmer for about 5minutes.

Add the fried plantain into goat meat sauce and stir thoroughly. Turn on heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with sweet wine.
