Poha take in bowl wash 2 or 3 water and strain water keep aside

Heat A Wok 2 spoon oil add groundnut Saute 2 or 3 minutes low flame keep aside

Then now add mustard,chana dal, and curry leaves, crackle them 20 sec.,An add onion, ginger, green chilli, Saute 30 sec., And add all vegetable, turmeric powder, Garam Masala,salt, half cup water, Saute,cover lid cook 2 minute slow flame

Open lid add poha,dry mango powder and groundnut mix well slow flame 1 minute,off gas flame, poha keep a bowl, serve immediately.
