First mix all ingredients of the dough in a bowl.And knead a dough Using required water. cover it and keep aside for 10 - 15 mins to rest.

Now take a dough, knead it again for a while.Divide it into 10 -12 equal portions.Sprinkle some flour on rolling board.Roll each portion thin (roti).Heat tawa, Spread 1 tsp oil..Roast the rotis from both sides.(half cooked).Prepare all rotis similarly.

Now in a bowl add all the spices of Frankie masala...Mix properly and keep aside.

Now heat a pan add 2tbsp of oil...Then add chopped garlic..Saute it...Add ginger paste, green chilli paste.. Saute..Add chopped Onion..Saute for a min...Add boiled, mashed potatoes...And all spices of stuffing..as.(above-mentioned)...Mix well till mixture get well combined...Let it cool for a while.

Divide potato mixture in 10 -12 portions..Take a portion...Roll it with your hands...Press it little and make it flat..prepare all rolls similarly... Then heat a nonstick pan... Spread some oil on it...Place rolls on it...And roast them from both sides..till golden.

Now heat a pan with 1 tsp of oil...Add cabbage, capsicum...And 1tsp Frankie masala...And mix well...Cook for a min..(or microwave for for 2 -3 minutes).You can also use raw veggies.

Now for preparing a Frankie --- first heat tawa.. Spread some butter and place a prepared roti..Roast from both sides.. Just for half a min..Not much..It should be soft and chew.

Take it out in board...First Spread schezwan sauce all over the roti...Then spread some chopped Onion...Then spread cabbage + capsicum mixture..Then place a potato mixture roll...then place cheese slice over the roll...And roll it nicely... Secure it with toothpick or with foil.

Yummy Frankie roll is ready to serve.
