Gobhi kebab / cauliflower kebab

Steps

Take a bowl.
Add grated cauliflower and squeezed cauliflower. Drain the excess water then - 2
Add potato, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander, almond and cashew nuts corn flour,
bread crumbs, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, black pepper, amchur powder,
jeera powder and mix it well. - 3
Make a dough. Take some portion from dough and make cylinder shape rolls.
Coat with bread crumbs and keep aside for 15 – 20 minutes. - 4
Add oil in pre heated pan. When oil is hot, dip cylinder shapes rolls ands fry on medium
flame till it gets golden brown. Then golden brown it…cauliflower kababs is ready.. - 5
Transfer it on plate …
Serve it with sauce and chutney…. ENJOY !
