This is very quick and tasty recepie. My family's favourite one.

Wash tindora properly and strain all the water. Cut round thin slices of the tindora. Now take one kadhai keep on heat add 2 tablespoon oil then add mustard seed let it crackle add length wise cut green chillies, curry patta and asafoetida roast for 1 minute now add sliced tindora sprinkle salt mix all cover the pan with lid and pour 1/2 glass water on the top of the lid..

Slow the flame and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Now open the lid mix it again and add red chilli turmeric and dhaniyajira powder. Mix all masala with tindora keep pan open and cook again for 5 minutes. Sabji is ready to serve.. serve with chapati.
