Ingredients

1kg
  • 400 gflour
  • 200 gsugar
  • 200 gbutter(i used prestige margarine)
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • Grated carrots
  • Grated zuchini(kojot)
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat your oven 15mins

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour and put all the dry igredients together

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix the sugar and butter

  4. 4

    Add the eggs one by one,then the vanilla essence

  5. 5

    Then add the dry ingredients while mixing slowly

  6. 6

    Bake at 180c for 30mins
