MAKE A DOUGH FOR SAMOSA. : 1)in maids add suji,oil,salt,ajmain & make a dough of it & keep it for 2/3 hours.

CHHOLE CHANA RECIPE : 1) First boil chana. 2) after boiling take little bit of oil in a pan. 3) Add tomatoes and onions paste in it. 4) Add small boiled potato to make it thick. 4) after boiling that paste add boil Chana, salt, turmeric powder as to require, red chilli powder,& also add 2/3 spoone chana masala. 5) also add some slices of onion & capsicum in it.

SAMOSA MASALA :1)take some oil in pan. 2) 4/5 boiled potatoes, smash it & add kadi patta, akha dhanya, little turmaric powder, add salt in it & mix it. 3) also add chillies & ginger paste & some coriander leaves. 4)mix it well.

TO MAKE SAMOSA: 1) First make a roll of chapati from maida atta. 2) divide that chapati into two parts. 3)stuff the masala. 4) fried it.
