In bowl soak kodo millet and fenugreek seeds in water for 4 hours

In another bowl soak urad dal for 4 hours

Grind it well and add hing and salt.mix it and keep it close for 2-3 hours.In pan heat ghee add curry leaves, pepper,jeera seeds fry for 3-5 min in low flame

Add this to batter.mix well.now pour this batter in oil greased tumbler.steam it for 15-20 min.

Check with toothpick.healthy tasty kodo millet idli is ready.serve it with coconut chutney.
