Beetroot Smoothie
Readily available beets are rich in iron & great for detox.
Steps

Wash the bananas & chop them in half, put in the blender.

Deseed the water melon & cut in chunks, put in the blender.
- 3
Wash the beetroot, cut into sizeable chunks.
- 4
Wash the pawpaw, deseed it & put in the blender.
- 5
Add the water, to enable the blender to process smoothly.
- 6
Pour in the Yorghurt & blend for a minute.
- 7
Serve chilled.
