Ingredients

  1. 1&½ cup rice
  2. 1 cupnjahi
  3. Water
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1tomatoe
  6. 1onion
  7. Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil njahi

  2. 2

    Put aside when ready

  3. 3

    Fry onion till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add tomato and salt to taste

  5. 5

    Then add boiled njahi, cook for 5 mins and put aside

  6. 6

    Boil3 cups water with salt and some oil

  7. 7

    Add rice and cook till ready

  8. 8

    Serve with njahi
