Ingredients

25-30 minutes
4 servings
  • 4 pieceskatla fish
  • 1 cuponion garlic ginger and tomato paste
  • 1 tbspcashew-raisins paste
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2-3slitted green chillies
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinated fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Deep fry the fish keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli

  4. 4

    Add the masala paste and saute well till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add red chilli Powder and tomato puree saute well

  6. 6

    Add cashew-raisins paste and saute well a minute

  7. 7

    Add water and simmer adding the fish

  8. 8

    Add green chillies garam masala powder and ghee
