Ingredients

  • For the cheesecake base
  • 25digestive Marie biscuits
  • 2 tbspmelted butter
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • For the cheesecake batter
  • 250 gmscream cheese I used Philadelphia
  • 100 gmsfresh cream (I used amul)
  • 1 cupwhipped cream
  • 100 gmsicing sugar
  • 2 tbsppeanut butter
  • 4 tbspcaramel sauce
  • 2big snickers chopped
  • 2 tbspgelatin powder
  • 2 tbspchocolate sauce for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    For the cheesecake base crush biscuits & take them in a bowl, add melted butter & honey & mix well, then transfer it in a spring bottom pan, or any unmouldable mould & press it tightly & set it in the fridge for 30min.

    In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese & icing sugar nicely, then add peanut butter, caramel & mix well, then add fresh cream & again mix well.

  3. 3

    Then fold in whipped cream & mix everything nicely, lastly add a few chopped snickers & mix well.

  4. 4

    Melt gelatin in microwave with little water & add it to the cheesecake mix & give everything a good mix & transfer it on the biscuits base & refrigerate it for 6-8hours.

  5. 5

    Then after 6-8hours gently unmould the cheesecake & cut it with a warm knife to get clean cuts.
