Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsEgusi
  2. Vegetable(ugu)
  3. Fufu
  4. 1/2 kgRed oil
  5. Salt
  6. 4 cubesKnorr
  7. 2 kgmeat
  8. 8 piecesFresh pepper
  9. 3cups
  10. 1onion bulb

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat with knorr cubes,salt,onion.

  2. 2

    Bleach the red oil and fry the egusi with stirring pour in the boiled meat and stir in very well.

  3. 3

    Put crayfish,fresh pepper,salt,knorr cubes,salt and continue boiling.

  4. 4

    Wash and blend the vegetable(ugu) and put in.stir and pit off the heat.
