Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the zucchini and stir-fry until cooked.

Crack the egg into the pan and stir gently. Let it sit for a moment until almost cooked, then stir everything together until the egg is fully cooked and fragrant.

Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add the seasonings and stir well. Adjust the amount of water to your liking, then taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.

It's ready to serve.
