Ingredients

3 people
  • 1 bunchhalf ripe plantain dice in cubes
  • Crayfish blended
  • Yellow pepper 5 fresh
  • 1big bulb onions sliced
  • 1 handfulfresh sent leaf shredded
  • 2big smoked Titus fish
  • 2 cubesSeasonings
  • Sea salt to taste 1/2 tsp
  • 2black dry smoked fish
  • 10fresh tomatoes chopped
  • Halfsmall bottle of palm oil
  • 1/2 tspCurry
  • Clean water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the pot and add a little water

  2. 2

    Wash the plantain and peel off the skin and dice in cubes

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients in the pot excluding the sent leaf

  4. 4

    Stir all together and put on the fire

  5. 5

    Cook until tender

  6. 6

    Add the sent leaf and stir

  7. 7

    Serve hot
