Steps

Peel and wash ur yam and place in a pot of boiling salted water and cook till done.

Drain off water from yam and mash,then add ur onion,pepper,curry,thyme and cinnamon and incorporate everything together with d masher.

Begin to mould them into balls and set aside.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and begin to deep fry ur yam balls till golden brown.
- 5
Your yam balls is ready.
- 6
You can use left over yams too.
