Roast besan in ghee tillthat aroma released

Give a tsp water sprunkle... Continue stir it till that foam disappeared Now take out besan in a plate cool it...mix choppe ddry fruits in it

When mixture cool down mix castor sugar....bind laddoo...do not mix castor sugr in hot besan mixture otherwise sugar will melt.... thank you
