Ingredients

1/2 cuptoor dhal
1/2 cupmoong dhal
1/2 inchginger
1/2 teaspoonJaggery
1/4 teaspooncinnamon powder
1bay leaf
2cloves
2cardamom
to tastesalt
For tadkaoil
1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
1/2 teaspoonsaunf/fennel seeds
handfulcurry leaves
pinchAsafoetida
2green chillies

Steps

1

First cook the two daal well. Then take oil in a kadai add mustard seeds,jeera,saunf hing turmeric powder,green chillies and all the khada masala and cook well. Then add grated ginger with the cooked daal and salt and cook well. Serve with paratha.
