Wash your chicken

Boil it in a pot for hour

Add chicken stock, star anise, cayenne pepper and barbecue.

Cook and turn it so that it can be done both sides

When the chicken take out it's fat add chopped onion

When the chicken and onion is well done add jikelele mix with a little bit of water to make gravy

Enjoy with rice and vegetables
