A very quick and instant malpua recipe. Traditionally it is served with rabdi but i have used horlicks and milk powder to make it tasty and unique

A very quick and instant malpua recipe. Traditionally it is served with rabdi but i have used horlicks and milk powder to make it tasty and unique

In a bowl add maida, milk powder, horlicks suji and add milk gradually to make a smooth thick batter. It should be of flowing consistency. Keep aside for 30 mins

In a pan add sugar and water and boil till sugar dissolves. Add elaichi powder and bring to boil. Keep aside

Heat oil in a pan. Reduce the flame when oil is hot. Make mini malpuas and flip till both sides are golden. Fry on low flame.

Transfer the malpuas immediately in hot sugar syrup. Keep for 5 mins then take it out in a plate.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve.
