Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsPaneer
  2. 200 mlTomato puree
  3. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder/seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoonSugar
  5. to tasteSalt according
  6. Refined Oil (To fry paneer)
  7. 170 gmsButter
  8. Fenugreek leaved (few strands)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonKashmiri lal mirchi powder
  10. 4 piecesGreen chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut and fry the paneer in oil

  2. 2

    Heat 100 gms of butter

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree

  4. 4

    Add all Cummin,salt, mirchi powder and sugar

  5. 5

    Let it cook in medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add the rest of the butter

  7. 7

    Add fresh cream and fenugreek leaves (crushed)

  8. 8

    Add green chillies it

  9. 9

    Stir it

  10. 10

    Add the paneer

  11. 11

    Simmer it till it leaves oil

  12. 12

    Serve hot with indian bread or pulav
