Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 1/2 bowl chana daal
  • 1/2 bowl urad daal
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2 tbsp haldi/turmeric powder
  • to tastesalt and red chilli

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry garlic, onion and tomato in ghee,and make tadka

  2. 2

    Dip the daal in water for 2 or 3 hours

  3. 3

    Boil daal on sim flame for 25 minutes

  4. 4

    Mix tadka and daal.Put some dhania/ coriander leaves.Serve with chapati.
