Ingredients

35 minutes
4 serves
  1. For paste:-
  2. 1cup onions thinly sliced
  3. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  4. 1 tbspcumin seeds (jeera)
  5. 1/2 tbsppoppy seeds (khus khus)
  6. 2 tspaniseeds (saunf)
  7. 1" piece ginger(adrak)
  8. 2green chillies chopped
  9. 2-3cardamom (elaichi)
  10. 2cloves
  11. 1" cinnamon (dalchini)
  12. 2 cup chopped tomatoes
  13. Other ingredients:-
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. 1 cupboiled mixed vegetables (cauliflower, french beans, carrots)
  16. 1/2 cupboiled chhole
  17. 1/2 cuppaneer
  18. 1/2 cupboiled corn
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine the tomatoes with 1 cup of water in a broad pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the tomatoes soften. Keep aside to cool.

    Blend the tomatoes in a mixture to a smooth puree. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a pan add the prepared onion paste and saute on a flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the prepared tomato puree, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

    Add the mixed vegetables, chhole, corn, paneer, salt and sugar mix well.

  6. 6

    Cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chapati, naan.
