30 Cookies

120 gunsalted butter
150 ggranulated sugar
150 gsoft brown sugar
120 mlsunflower oil
2eggs
70 gwhite chocolate chips
50 gfudge peices broken up (but you could use anything here)
500 gplain flour
2 tspbicarbonate of soda

Preheat your oven to 180.

Cream the butter and sugar and then add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix.

Then add the dry ingredients and mix some more.

Roll them into balls on a greased tray and bake for about 12 mins
