1 tspcumin powder
1onion chopped
1red chilli whole
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1 tspnigella seeds

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and red chilli whole
2

Add gourd sliced and saute well
3

Add turmeric powder and salt
4

Cover it till the veggies get cooked well
5

Add the cumin powder and saute
6

Add tamarind pulp and sugar mix well
