Cut all your veggies in your desired and prefered shapes as for me I chose cubes.

In a pan put cooking oil and add onions and cook on medium heat until they soak the oil and are slightly cooked.

Add the salt and turmeric and for 5sec.

Add the veggies and sauté for 5 min

Serve with your desired protein and starch. Enjoy 😋
