Rinse the sabudana and soak in water. Water level should be just 1/4th inch above the sabudana level.

Cover it and soak for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

Peel the potato and cut into thin slices.

Heat the ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chillies and sauté. Add chopped potato mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile add roasted peanut powder, salt, sugar,lemon juice in soaked sabudana. Mix it well.

Open the lid and stir the potato. Cook till it becomes soft and tender.

Now add sabudana and mix well. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Sabudana Khichdi is ready. Serve with curd or lemon pickle.
