First of all in a mixure bowl and all green chutney ingredients and blend pury

Then in a bowl add all tamarind chutney ingredients and boil for 5 min.then cool it

Then in a bowl add curd,sugar,salt and mix well

In a bowl add Suji,hot oil,salt,and required water and make tight daugh,and rest it for 10 min.

Then make small sized balls from daugh and make oval shape puri and deep fry it on medium flame till crispy

In a bowl add chopped tomato,onion,and chat masala,mix well no

Now in serving plate arrange pury,stuff tomato stuffing,pore sweet curd,green chutney,tamarind chutney,sprinkle chat masala and chopped coriander,garnish with pomegranate seeds.
