Chicken mshikaki and potatoes

For the mshikaki mix Olive oil, spices and marinade the chicken and bacon and veggies for an hour. Soak the skewer sticks in water for 30 minutes.

Make the skewers alternating chicken bacon mushroom and peppers. Bake in the oven at 170 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

For the potatoes this was an experiment. More of a cross between bhajia and viazi karai.

Peal the potatoes and cut into wedges. Par boil them go about 15 minutes. Drain water and let cool.

In a separate bowl, mix garam flour, salt, royco and water to make a thin paste then add in the dhania.

Coat cooled potatoes with this paste and deep fry until Brown.

Serve the two with a sauce or salad of your choice.
