Green Peas Kachori

Make a dough with Maida,ghee,little salt and water.Dough has to be kneaded tight enough.

Keep aside.

Take a pan add 2-3 tsp oil and heat.Add green chillies & ginger paste.Now add salt to taste and sugar also.Saute 1 min.

Add garame masala,amchur and fry again.Add mashed Peas and stir fry well till dry.

Turn off the heat and cool.

Heat sufficient oil in a work to fry Kachoris.

Make small lemon size balls from above dough.Make a cavity like and stuff the green peas mixture in it.

Roll a bit to give Kachori size. Repeat same with rest of the dough and mixture.

Deep fry 2 only at a time on low flame till golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce.
