Ingredients

  • 2 cupsoaked and boiled white chana
  • 4tomato
  • 2 tbspchopped ginger
  • 2green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tspground pomegrenet.seeds
  • 1 tspchana masala
  • 4 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker

  2. 2

    Put cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add fresh tomato and green chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add salt,red chilli powder,chana masala,ground pomegrenete powder

  5. 5

    Cook well the masala

  6. 6

    Add boil chana with water

  7. 7

    Cook till 4 whistle

  8. 8

    Serve with Pooris
