Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 1 tspHara dhaniya
  4. 4green chillies
  5. 1 piece of ginger paste
  6. 10 piecesroasted peanuts
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil
  9. as requiredGhee
  10. 1 teaspoonjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak saboodana for 3 to 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Make a dough of thepala.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients to make a dough.

    Take a butter paper applying ghee both sides.

  5. 5

    Take a little bit of dough.

  6. 6

    And Gentle prees it.

  7. 7

    Take a tava to roast it with oil.

  8. 8

    Roast it till it becomes brown both side.

  9. 9

    Serve it with curd.

  10. 10
