For Baati

Firstly in a large bowl take wheat flour besan salt baking powder and ghee

Mix well making sure the dough is moist

Now add water as required and knead the dough. Make sure the dough is firm and let it sit for 5 minutes

Meanwhile grease a baking tray with a little oil

Pinch a small ball sized dough and roll it

Place the rolled baati in a baking tray

PlacePlace the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes carefully flip the baatis and bake again for about 15 minutes.

Dip the baatis in ghee for more soft it from inside. Finally baati is ready

Make coarse powder of baatis

Mix well. Finally churma is ready
