This lovely pud recipe was given to me by an elderly Methodist lady. Funny as it's full of booze! For booze free use orange juice instead of alcohol.

Whip cream until it peaks.

Add alcohol into a bowl. Open biscuits.

Dunk biscuits into the alcohol. Just quickly. They soak it up like a sponge.

Now top biscuit with marmalade and a dab of cream.

Keep doing this sandwiching them together as you go.

Then cover the lot in the rest of the cream.

Crush one biscuit and sprinkle over the top.

Eat!!
