Add three cup water in rice and pressure cook for one whistle

In a heavy bottomed utensil heat ghee and add heeng, jeera and methi seed as it turns brown add all the masala and two liter water in it and let it boil

Mix half tsp heeng and salt in urad dal paste and mix it

Drop small size of balls of batter in the boiling water

Add dry mango slices and salt and let it simmer for half an hour

When cooked all the balls will float

Enjoy it with cooked rice
