Cooking Instructions

Wash the chicken breasts and slice them into wide strips. Remove the bones from the thighs and cut them like the chicken breasts. Soak them briefly in vinegar.

In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.

Drain the chicken and add the marinade, mixing well until everything is combined.

Cover the shawarma and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.

Start threading the shawarma onto the spit in the shawarma machine.

Turn on the machine and let it rotate until the first side is cooked.

Slice it and keep the machine rotating, cutting as it cooks until all the shawarma is grilled.

Serve the shawarma with fries, pickles, and garlic sauce.

Alternatively, you can make sandwiches with it as desired.
