Combine stock, milk, flour, soy sauce, pepper and rosemary in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened (anywhere frm 7-12 minutes depending on your cooking style).

Reduce heat to simmer and add meatballs. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, depending on the type of meatball you are using.

Proceed to finish with your choice of pasta. If using zucchini noodles, remove from heat and add noodles, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. If using grain-based pre-cooked pasta, dish out noodles and spoon meatballs and sauce over pasta. Cooking dry noodles in sauce should not be attempted.
