Ingredients

  • 250 gPorridge Oats
  • 125 gSalted Butter
  • 125 gBrown Sugar
  • 2-3 tbspsGolden Syrup (depends how gooey you want it)
  • Sprinkle mixed seeds if prefer

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and sugar until combined

  2. 2

    Add porridge oat and mixed well

  3. 3

    Add golden syrup, mix together then transfer to tray.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some mixed seed for extra crunch on top

  5. 5

    Baked in low heat for 15-20 min.
