  1. 2 cupswhite rice
  2. Water
  3. 2 tbspnvegetable oil
  4. Flour or semo optional
  5. Lemon juice optional

    Find your trey and pour your 2cups of white rice (shinkafan tuwo), if you're using local white rice pick out all the dirty and stones in it and soak it in water for at least 20mins. But if you're using the foreign white rice no need to pick anything inside all you have to do it to sock it.

    Pour water in your pot and set it on fire to boil.

    Before the water boil, Wash the rice carefully in case of the remaining stones.

  4. 4

    When the water boil add in your rice and 1tbspn of veg oil. add 1tspn of lemon juice and cover it. make sure you put enough water that will cook it.

    When the water start reducing from the rice lower your gas to avoid burning.

  6. 6

    Don't let the water to drain all like normal rice. When the rice cooked very well start turning it with tuning spoon till soft and tender

    Find your Leda and start scooping the rice in your Leda and mould or you can use any container of your choice to shape it.

    When you wants to shape it make sure you first rub oil in a container to avoid sticking.enjoy I served mine with miyan kuka and yajin daddawa and man shanu/ghee. The reason for flour or semo is when the rice is too watery you can add either flour or semovita but when is too had add hot water.

    Note!!!The reason why I added lemon juice it to make the rice whiter. Also why I soak the Rice it will easily cook,soft and whiter. U can use either cold water or warm water to soak the rice. u can even cook it direct without soaking it. And the reason why i didn't give the quantity of water is rice are not the same some like water some don't do. so measure the water according to your rice That's all.
