1/2 kgrawa
to tasteSalt
1 tsp eno
Water as required

Mix all things except eno

Keep batter for 10 minutes

Make sure that rawa fully absorbed in water no lumps there

After 10 minutes add eno mix it keep for 1 minute

Now steam steamer and fill idli boxes by batter..put this in steamer and steam till idli cooked completely

Enjoy with sambhar
