Ingredients

  • 300 gmtomato
  • 1/4 cuptamarind pulp
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2dry red chilli whole
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and whole dry red chilli

  2. 2

    Add tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    As tomatoes get soft add tamarind pulp and sugar

  4. 4

    The chutney is ready,serve it cool
