Steps

Pressure cook dal with turmeric powder salt and tej patta for 10 mins

In apan heat oil add mustard seed jeera whole red chillies than add garlic paste keep stirring

Add cut onion tomato saute until tomato become soft in between add chilli powder coriander powder lastly add hing when done

When done add the mixture into dal garnish with coriander leaves
